Move over Eskom - Bonang, AKA, Zinhle, Somizi & the Kolisis are giving us life

DJ Zinhle, AKA, Bonang, Somizi and the Kolisis continue to dominate news headlines and the Twitter trends list, dethroning power utility Eskom and load-shedding as the most talked-about topic.

And let's be honest, we need something to lift us out of this darkness.

Siya and Rachel Kolisi

Springbok captain Siyabonga Kolisi and his wife Rachel are no strangers to dominating headlines. And this certainly isn't the first time Rachel has called out women for "going after her man".

The couple have been trending since Monday after Rachel posted a video via her Instagram Stories, slamming a woman who she says was sending her husband saucy pictures.

Rachel deactivated her account after getting massive backlash, while the woman who was called out by the Springbok rugby player's wife made her account private.

Somizi and Bonang reunion

The two former besties surprised many when they posted pictures of their reunion at the House of BNG launch.

It seems as if the they have buried the hatchet and are reclaiming their friendship. Their friendship ended abruptly in 2016 and their spats often ended up on public platforms.

Now, they appear to have mended their friendship, with Somizi attending Bonang's launch.

DJ Zinhle and AKA

DJ Zinhle's big and forgiving heart heart earned her a seat at the top of the Twitter trends after pictures of her and AKA kissing went viral.

The picture was taken during AKA's Orchestra on the Square event.

Tweeps were divided on what seems to be the couple's reunion and some felt Zinhle is setting herself up for disappointment, while others defended her, saying she is old enough to make her own decisions.

Meanwhile AKA took to Twitter to post cute snaps of his family, where Zinhle also featured.

Both have remained mum on whether or not they are officially back together.
