Rapper Cassper Nyovest has hit back at Twitter followers who have "advised" him to tone down on blowing his own horn a bit.

The rapper posted a series of tweets this week about how he is the "greatest" in hip-hop and wasn't shy about loving himself.  His rant saw him get accused of being "fake humble".

This did not stop the rapper as he went on to say that the only way to piss people off is to tell them how much you love yourself.

Comments from tweeps poured in, with some accusing him of being bitter and jealous of the success of his rival, AKA, while some simply asked him to keep some things to himself.

Here are some of the reactions:

Cassper has a long history of flexing and is no stranger to being accused of "fake humility".

In November 2018, he spoke to East Coast Radio's Bongani and Mags, where he denied the public's claims, saying had they been true, he would have lost the friends he had before he became famous.

The rapper went on to say that "fake humbleness" seems to be a social media thing, as his "day ones" have never raised any concerns.
