Being a strong woman doesn’t mean tolerating abuse for the sake of keeping the family together; to be a strong woman means being brave enough to walk away when love and respect is no longer being served on the table. #Ufelani

No matter how much you love him. Get out of an abusive relationship before it's too late. He will never change back and be as good as he was when the relationship began. It will get worse 💔 #Ufelani

The show is always and I mean always a trigger because it just goes to show how women and children aren’t protected in SA. Each episode is either a woman or a child that was murdered by a man.#Ufelani
