The latest episode of reality show Rea Tsotella left much to be desired, which resulted in fans calling out the show's producers to do better in handling sensitive issues like rape.

The show, which is popular for its fair share of family drama, introduced viewers to Joyce, who approached the show to confront a man who had been convicted of raping her daughter, who was just a child at the time

As the story unfolded fans could not help but pick up the gaping holes in the story and a few other things that left them disappointed in how the show was handled.

They heard that a doctor confirmed that the child (who is currently 23 years old) was raped. However, the interviewer failed to give the audience information on whether DNA tests were done to eliminate Paulos as the suspect.

The episode left viewers with many unanswered questions by the time it came to an end, like: where is the daughter now?

Fans weren't also entirely sold on the story because the guy had already been on another reality show, Seng'khathele, and they weren't sure they could believe his "new role". In addition to that, the host seemed to be on a roll with insensitive commentary... Yikes!

They had the memes to match their feels.
