He may have the biggest song in America at the moment but country rapper Lil Nas X nearly went into the stratosphere when he hinted at a possible collab with Beyoncé.

The star had Twitter in meltdown mode when he tweeted a message to Bey asking her if she was going to tell the world or if he should.

Naturally fans saw it as the star teasing a collab and soon social media was flooded with messages about the idea.

Eventually the young artist came out with the truth and admitted he was trolling the world.

Still, fans were not convinced.
