From sharing the stage with international music giants such as will.i.am, Will Smith and Shakira, to performing at countless sold-out shows, there is just no stopping SA's finest drummers, Drumstruck.

The group of seven recently flew the SA flag high when they performed alongside multi award-winning country music icon Dolly Parton at the Dollywood theme park which attracts almost three million visitors annually.

Both parties were equally starstruck and amazed by the other's talent and on-stage presence. Describing the group's performance, Parton said it "leaves your heart pumping" and the group left her "dumbstruck".

Drum Cafe founder Warren Lieberman said the group would always cherish the experience of sharing the stage with Parton.

"Meeting Dolly Parton and performing with her was one of the many highlights for the performers. She joined the performers backstage and spent time getting to know them."

Drumstruck are set apart by their unique art and style of weaving SA rhythms, such as gumboot dancing, with West African sounds.
