Reality TV star Sbahle Mpisane has admitted that getting a six pack is hard work and has resorted to joining the fat freezing trend for a flat tummy.

Even though she remains one of the sexiest women in Mzansi, Sbahle has been working hard to get back to her pre-car accident "Fitness Bunny" body.

Stating that training was not given her the desired results in the time she wished, Sbahle told her followers on Instagram that she had opted to try and freeze the fat to fast-track her progress.

"If you are looking for a non-invasive treatment to firm up your stomach, a fat freezing belly treatment could be the perfect solution.

"I train hard and I am still failing to get a V-shape but this procedure will help me to contour my belly as desired. I did a fat freeze on my lower core to remodel the shape of my tummy by removing and improving stubborn bulges and pockets of resistant fat.

The Kwa MaMkhize star said the process involved having her core vacuumed and she didn't feel any pain during the procedure.

Fat freezing has become a popular treatment in recent years for those struggling with body fat.

The Sun wrote about the popular treatment and explained that fat cells are frozen to reduce them, and it is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.

It originated after research was done into frostbite, and it was noted fat cells would freeze before skin freezes. It should always be done by a professional.
