Durban Gen actress Lerato Nxumalo is excited about a “raise your glasses” moment happening in her life.
Taking to her Instagram timeline, the actress, who is popular for playing medical intern Dr Luthuli on Durban Gen and Mpumi Cele on Lingashoni, shared a snap in which she is holding the keys to her new property.
“23 and first time homeowner. One of the best feelings ever. Can’t be described in words. Home ownership is a feeling that makes life’s daily grind worth facing.
“So excited and extremely blessed for this new chapter of my life. Via God and my guardian angels. Can’t wait to renovate and bring my space up to code.”
Nadia Nakai celebrated the same milestone late in July. She said it was made possible by hip hop. She revealed she bought herself a house in an affluent suburb.
The 32-year-old rapper took to Instagram on Thursday afternoon to flaunt her double-storey.

Taking to Instagram in April, she shared a snap of herself standing in front of her new house, and revealed she bought a crib for her birthday.
