Cassper Nyovest’s trainer wins big boxing match

Cassper Nyovest's trainer Sikho Nqothole won big after being crowned the champion at a recent bout.

This follows after Sikho played a big part in helping Cassper win his fight against rapper Priddy Ugly at Celeb city on October 1.

Sikho (16-2-0) was crowned the new WBO Global Junior Bantamweight champion after beating Filipino Denmark Quibido (12-1-1) via a unanimous decision (120-106, 119-107, 120-106) over 12 rounds at ESPN Africa Boxing 22.

Sikho knocked out his opponent with a straight right in the 12th round. 

This marks Sikho's 16th win, and Cassper jumped into the ring to embrace him.

Cassper is due to get in the ring again with Big Zulu.

Though there is no date set for the bout, the rapper said it is on the cards but he was letting his body recover from his fight with Priddy Ugly.

“This is going to be fun. Let me #FillUpMmabathoStadium on December 3 and then we deal with it. I’m still enjoying myself. Training for Priddy was hard because I had to lose weight. Let me let my body recover a bit. Me vs Big Zulu is definitely going to happen. That’s my next fight,” Cassper wrote on Twitter.
