
Lungisani “Mr Music” Mthethwa bagged an award in the best visual video category at the recent Eminent Video Music Awards 2022,and he couldn't be happier.
The former Idols SA star took to his Instagram to announce his achievement and said this was a second award.
“This is the proud moment of my professional career. I feel really appreciated and valued to receive this award. This award will help me remain more focused and dedicated to my work. Thanks a lot for your appreciation team Mr Music. Thank you for voting, thank you for showing me that you all support me. Thank you for everything. Last year we won it, and today we did it again. We took this one under the best visual video category,” he wrote.
His mentions were filled with congratulatory messages.
“My king. Huge congratulations. We are very much humbled to work with a gentleman of your calibre. May the Lord bless the work you do,” wrote one follower.
“Your hard work and perseverance have paid off. Congratulations,” said another.
Speaking about what he has in the pipeline, Mr Music said he has big plans for 2023 when he will show his fans a different side.
“My fans should expect something new from me. There's a chapter that I need to unlock on my side. I think people only know the music side of me but there's more. Even though I will still be making music, there's more they will see from me in the coming year.”
