Durban Gen actress Lerato Nxumalo joins the long list of celebs in Mzansi who have gone under the knife to transform their bodies.

The actress, who is popular for playing medical intern Dr Luthuli on Durban Gen and Mpumi Cele on Lingashoni,  is one of the women who have revealed they had a BBL (Brazilian tbutt lift). Other include DJ Sithelo Shozi, Eva Modika and Inno Morolong.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Lerato shared a snap of herself lying in a hospital bed with a drip in her hand.

In a separate post on her stories, she shared an image of what looks like her body post-surgery.

“I cannot wait to heal properly and share my experience. I’m so grateful for you guys,” she wrote.

Sithelo revealed in August she got a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction.

The socialite and DJ took to her Instagram stories to share graphic before and after pictures of her transformation after being discharged from The Clinique Istanbul in Turkey.

“I wish we’d retract the surgery stigma we seem to pass on. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with giving yourself a makeover. It’s each to their own when it comes to such after three children. This was the best decision and best reward I could’ve given myself,” she wrote.

Sithelo revealed she had gone on a strict diet to undergo the procedure and said she specifically targeted her “hip dips”.

“After spending the past two months doing some diet planning and endless takeouts, I was finally able to gain enough weight and fat for the procedure I wanted. My hip dips must’ve been my biggest worry and also achieving my desired shape.”
