‘Love changed my life’ — Mörda opens up about DJ Zinhle’s impact on his journey

Many of us can only dream about marrying our soul mates, but Bongani “Mörda” Mohosana is convinced he's found the perfect match f with DJ Zinhle.

In episode one of season two of her reality show DJ Zinhle: The Unexpected, the couple revealed they took their relationship to the next level, and Mörda admitted it was the easiest decision he's had to make. 

“I am in that space whereby love changed my life. My wife changed the way I think and my outlook on life and how family comes first and that you grow. We are getting old. I didn't what to get stuck in that vat en sit mentality. I'm in that space where I am in love with my wife, my kids. I also have to accommodate that,” he told TshisaLIVE.

Mörda's wife is a mother to two girls — her firstborn Kairo from her previous relationship with rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes, and her last born Asante from her marriage. 

As a parent and husband, Mörda said he's adjusting well to his new life and could not be any happier.

“She encourages me that I will make it. She is grateful about this marriage thing, She is in a happy space and I am also in a happy space. We support each other. It's organic. We don't force it. We learn every day, I learn every day to become a better husband.” 

While many on social media tend to weigh in on Mörda and his wife's family dynamics, he said he's come to learn not to pay much attention.

“She advised me not to take the social media comments personally.”
