South African rapper Jolly B has accused Cassper Nyovest of mimicking his music flow.
In an Instagram Live doing the rounds online, the UK-based star claimed the Siyathandana hitmaker drew inspiration from his work.
“You are definitely getting inspired by what we do,” he said.
He did not care if his accusations led to a boxing bout with Cassper.
“Even if he was to call me into the ring, I would f*ck him up. I'd bring real boxing and ... they are disrespecting us by copying us. I don't know how everyone is staying silent as well. South Africa pisses me off.”
Jolly B said he was satisfied with the impact his music was making in South Africa while he is pursuing his career in the UK.
“I'm not in South Africa but you can hear what my music is doing. My OG's really run things at home, don't tell me about Cassper Nyovest,”
Attempts by TshisaLIVE to obtain comment from Cassper were unsuccessful at the time of publishing this article, but the star took to social media to declare: “We beat the accusations. False accusations.”
A statement some of his follower's believed was in response to Jolly B's claims.
