Mzansi's own Costa Titch is still raking fans after his death, even American singer Chris Brown has become a fan of his music.

The 28-year-old rapper from Mpumalanga collapsed and died while performing at the Ultra Music Festival at the Expo Centre in Johannesburg on March 11. Costa Titch was laid to rest in a private ceremony attended by close family members and friends on March 15.

Chris Brown was recently spotted doing the Big Flexa challenge after the release of the remix of Big Flexa featuring Akon, the Alfa Kat and Ma Gang in February.

Akon is another renowned international artist who has cosigned the rapper.

“Costa Titch was more than just an artist. He was a brilliant superstar and hardworking man with a kind heart which endeared him to all around him. I remember when Babs played me his record for the first time I was convinced he was going to make an impact in this world,” he wrote in his tribute to Costa Titch on his timeline.

On social media, the “Titch Gang” and friends continue to pay tribute to the artist.

The Big Flexa hit maker is remembered for his impact in the dance and music business.

Costa Titch's family have thanked those who support their son's legacy.

“The Tsobanoglou family extend enormous gratitude to the Titch Gang community globally for their continued love and support during this incredibly difficult time. Having you sharing videos, pictures and memories of the impact our son had on many has softened the pain we carry.”
