“I have a lot of international clients through Facebook. I noticed I have a lot of them in Zambia, Namibia so I felt YouTube would be a great platform for them to reach me. It's going to help a lot, I am positive about it. I love the support people are showing.”
Gogo Skhotheni said with the understanding that one of her ancestors had previously healed people without expecting anything in return, she wanted to apply the same principle as she understood there were people who could not afford to consult her.
“I'm not showing any secrecy of ubungoma. There are different ways I heal in my workspace. The way I share the rituals is not the same way I will heal you when you come to my workspace. Some people don't have the means to come see me, now they can do the rituals themselves.”
Gogo Skhotheni said she would share more rituals with her followers on how to prepare themselves spiritually when they go look for a job and how to protect themselves from enemies and other attacks, among other things.

Reality TV star and sangoma Patricia “Gogo Skhotheni” Motsoeneng is using her YouTube platform to share details of some rituals she performs.
The popular sangoma launched her Venting podcast in early April with the intention to shed light on spirituality.
In the first episode of a segment dubbed “The Ritual”, Gogo Skhotheni showed her followers how to perform a “return back to sender” ritual to remove bad luck.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE about the episode, Gogo Skhotheni said she wanted to share her content on an international platform as she was getting clients from abroad.
“There are rituals you can perform without a sangoma and do yourself, because it's based on the power of the tongue and the power of belief and having faith in what you are doing.
