While Anele is at the forefront of the entertainment industry as a personality, she has also taken up roles behind the scenes.
When launching her second show under her production company, Rose And Oaks, Anele spoke to TshisaLIVE about why it is important to make sure the staff around her is happy.
"My mom was unhappy at work for 20 years I watched this woman hate her job so I've always said there will never be anyone who is unhappy to go to work ... These people are heads of households, mothers, brothers, and sisters, they can't be half human because they are working in an industrial place."
Speaking on the lessons she had learnt from being in the entertainment business for 20 years, Anele said working on several franchises alongside industry heavyweights prepared her for the expansion of her career, and she wants to take it further.
"I'm not afraid to operate from my strength. I can't work a camera, I can't work a control room or technical things but I'm going to hire someone who can and be present,"
She hopes to see her company grow even bigger, having studios and a reputation of excellence.
“I want to buy studios, I want to make sure that people create content easily. It's our job to make the entertainment industry bigger for the next generation. People must get paid, people must be managed properly and people must be looked after and that's what I'm about.”
