Media personality Minnie Dlamini says the pain of losing her brother is still there and she is not OK.

Taking to her Instagram timeline on his birthday, she shared a snap of her little brother who died in 2019.

“Happy Birthday Captain K. This one really hurts I’m not OK,” she captioned the picture.

Her mentions were filled with well-wishes from across industries and her followers, who offered words of encouragement and comfort.

“Sending you so much love,” wrote Precious The Planner.

“When you lost your brother I knew exactly how you felt sis. I lost my brother in 2014, he was so young only 18 yrs of age doing his matric prepping for matric dance. He had a cardiac arrest. Our lives were never the same again. May you find comfort in that ubhuti wakho uzokukhanyisela sis,” another shared their story, empathising with her.

Minnie's brother suffered a brain aneurysm and was placed on life support.

The news of Khosini's passing was confirmed through a statement to TshisaLIVE by Dlamini family spokesperson Tlhogi Ngwato.

“It is with great sadness we confirm our beloved Khosini passed away yesterday (Thursday) afternoon, after suffering a ruptured brain aneurysm which placed him on life support for 23 days,” the statement read.

Minnie later thanked those who had been there for her and the Dlamini family while they were grieving.

Words cannot justify how blessed my family is with amazing people who supported us with everything they could. People never left our side for 23 days and continue to be there for us. We could not have done this without you all. We love you so much,” she wrote.
