Boity pays tribute to AKA, Riky Rick and Costa Titch in Mbuzi Freestyle

Rapper Boity has paid tribute to rappers AKA, Riky Rick and Costa Titch with her version of Mbuzi freestyle.

She is upping the ante after she announced almost a week ago she was back in the rap game fully. 

Boity posted the clip on her socials on Monday and it was met with mixed reactions.

Some praised the media personality's growth while others had a hard time understanding the lyrics.

“Mbuzi Queenstyle. LongLiveSupaMega,” she captioned her post.

“Boity's mbuzi freestyle sounds a bit better than the Sosh Plata one. I really hope she gets better with each drop cause she's capable,” tweeted one.

“So this is a Cassper Diss. Cassper said hip hop was dead at the time he was beefing with AKA, Riky and Costa. Boity is saying that he spoke the death of South African hip hop into existence. She says 'when y'all said South African hip hop was dead, y'all used your tongues and spoke it into existence,” another tweep wrote.

Boity raps over the late rapper AKA's Mbuzi, in her opening lines, she pays her respects to AKA and refers to the shock over his murder.

She and Emtee revealed they were cooking up something in the studio. 

The pair took to their socials to tease what they were working on.

“Studio session with Boity today was fun. We got one,” wrote Emtee. 

Announcing her comeback, Boity shared a short clip of her doing an unofficial remake of Loatinover Pounds' Sosh Plata.

“I’m back in studio so I decided to play around with one of my fave tracks, Sosh Plata. We can call this one the unofficial Queen Mix,” she captioned the post.
