South Africa’s foremost music and lifestyle festival Rocking the Daisies has teamed up with Platoon, the artist services company at the forefront of driving African music and culture to the world.

Platoon joins Rocking the Daisies as the official sunset line-up curation partner for the Cape Town leg of the annual event. Ranked #34 on Billboard’s 50 Best Festivals Of 2022, Rocking the Daisies is South Africa’s biggest annual festival, attracting thousands of music lovers from across the globe with a diverse, multi-genre line-up. Starring Stormzy, Ayra Starr, J.I.D and Denzel Curry, The Vamps, and others in 2023, the event also hosts a range of activations and lifestyle offerings across food, fashion, art, technology and wellness.

Platoon is home to West African superstar Starr , Saint Harrison, Bayanni, Msaki, Aymos and others, and has nurtured the early careers of artists such as Billie Eilish, Jorja Smith, Victoria Monet and Adekunle Gold, to count a few.

Platoon artists will play across all of the stages at Daisies on October 6 and 7 during Golden Hour.

It has partnered with Daisies with the goal of shining a golden light on their soulful and diverse South African roster.

Joining the Rocking the Daisies line-up for Platoon Golden Hour in a first-of-its-kind collaboration are award-winning artists Samthing Soweto, Sun-El Musician, Da Capo, Bongeziwe Mabandla, Flvme, Hanna, DJ Lag, DJ Kenza, Mpho.WAV, Anais Cardot and Kay Faith, for what promises to be the most memorable transition from day to night during festival weekend.
