The remaining members of TKZee have marked one year since Tokollo “Magesh” Tshabalala's death.
Magesh died on August 15 after an epileptic seizure.
Kabelo Mabalane and Zwai Bala took to their Instagram timelines to commemorate.
“And there I thought we would grow old together. Rest easy my brother. I miss you every day,” wrote Zwai.
“Today is a year since you’ve been gone. You are gone but never forgotten,” wrote Kabelo.
Kabelo was the first to take to the podium at Magesh's memorial service to reflect on life with the star.
“Three weeks ago we were performing in Mpumalanga and Tokollo only had 504 hours left on this earth and I didn't know it.
“It made me reflect on the five minutes before I met him. The direction of my life changed and was never to be the same again. It was always music that connected us,” he said.
Zwai recently shared how the kwaito's star's death was overwhelming.
He took to his timeline to share images from the star's tombstone unveiling and expressed his grief.
“Your passing is overwhelming. To make complete sense of your being as a human would never suffice but the gravitas in you, yes the true you, Mshengu, the energy is magnificent and it is that which overwhelms me.
“Therefore I say: 'Do not rest, my brother. Keep living. Continue making that difference with effect. I love you. And thank you for loving me,” he wrote.
