Afrikaans mumble rapper Angie Oeh, real name Angelique Eurika Greeff, has died.
The rapper died on Saturday at Life Wilgers Hospital in Pretoria.
Angie was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.
Angie’s manager and friend Wynand Myburgh confirmed the news of her passing to News 24.
“It is very sad and very terrible to lose Angie at such a young age. Those who met her or have worked with her will know how wonderful and special she was. We are not only losing a South African gem, but also a very special friend and partner,” he told the publication.
Taking to her Instagram timeline, Angie shared a picture of herself at the hospital revealing she received her diagnosis on August 14.
“I am scared. I am f**king scared. Every time I have a little time to think about it, I cry,” she wrote.

In a separate post the rapper said she needed R200,000 for medical expenses and appealed for help by starting a BackaBuddy with a target of R250,000.
The rapper had undergone surgery on August 15 and was set to begin her chemotherapy.
Angie worked with the likes of Jack Parow, Van Pletzen, Loufi, Biggy and producer, DJ Kay Faith.
Tributes have been pouring in since the news broke with Biggy heading to his Facebook to express his grief.
“Cannot believe I have to make this post. You were still here yesterday. My heart is aching today. I sit and listen to your voice because it and your memory is what we have left. We'll look after Jay well and make sure she's always OK. You live forever in our hearts and I will make sure the world remembers your name. Thank you for letting me know you. May you now rest softly and feel no more pain. We love you Angie,” he wrote.
