Congratulations are in order for Shaka iLembe star Senzo Radebe who recently purchased a new house.

The actor played King Senzangakhona in the series that recently wrapped season one. With season two officially announced the star has loads to celebrate.

Taking to his Instagram timeline on Wednesday he shared a clip where he can be seen being handed his new house keys by the estate agent. “U’Nkulunkulu Emuhle Njalo,” he captioned the video, thanking God for his new home.

Previously speaking to TshisaLIVE, Senzo said he felt his role (on Shaka iLembe) was meant for him as he respected that he was telling a real life story and that it was not about a fictional character.

“With my character, I really feel that it was written in the stars to happen. I connect with this character so much that I forget about myself sometimes and I feel that this man is with me,

“We are not acting here. We are repeating history in an entertaining way, bringing ourselves into the story and getting lost in it,” he said.

Another celeb who recently celebrated buying a home was Makhadzi.

The Ghanama hit maker took to her social media to share with her followers that she had bought another house.

Sitting on a windowsill at her new property in a pink tracksuit, the 27-year-old singer shared a photo, captioned: “Came to clean my new bae #girlswithproperties.”

This property is the second Makhadzi has bought in addition to building three houses in 2021 for her grandmother, mother and father.
