Emtee emphasises dangers of drunk driving after escaping possible death

Emtee has assured his fans he is "alive and kicking" after a car accident.

The rapper said the crash was caused by a "rich kid" who was "under the influence of alcohol" when he collided with the vehicle in which Emtee was travelling while attempting to overtake a truck.

"Y'all n*ggas want me dead for real? Y'all evil as f*ck though. I was just in an accident, they f*cked up my bus. Some rich kid from the North West. Obviously, when you overtake, you've got to go onto oncoming traffic," he said on Instagram live.

The Roll Up hit maker added that the youngster fled the scene.

"He ran away. We chased that n*gga into the bushes because he was drunk ... everybody in the car was drunk. There were bottles of beer in the car. That's why I say I hate alcohol.

"If that n*gga was sober, he would have never ever overtook that truck. There are only two lanes. He better pay me. If he's watching this live, you son of a b*tch, pay my money."

Recalling the event on X, Emtee said the young man told police at the scene later that the rapper had a gun on him.

Emtee went on to say he only wanted to follow him and fight him because he was irresponsible.
