Internationally acclaimed actor, musician and philanthropist Malik Yoba has been announced as the special guest of this year's Joburg Film Festival.
The festival at the Sandton Convention Centre from February 27 to March 3 will feature a diverse range of films from around the world and promises to be an unforgettable cinematic experience for attendees.
Malik, whose career spans more than three decades, will give a master class to aspiring filmmakers by sharing his knowledge, expertise and insights gained from years of experience.
Audiences must purchase festival badges to gain access to the inclusive and immersive experience.

In addition to the master class, Malik will participate in youth focused outreach activities, including conversations, while in the country.
Adding another touch of Hollywood glam to the festival is renowned producer and director Melanie Nicole Clark, who has worked closely with Tiffany Haddish and Viola Davis. She will participate in the industry programme.
