Fans across Mzansi have united in prayer after Shebeshxt, real name Lehlogonolo Chauke, was involved in a horrific car accident on his way to a gig on Saturday evening. 

Videos of the badly injured and wailing controversial rap sensation being attended to by paramedics, as well as his smashed up one-month-old new Volkswagen Polo GTI, have flooded social media. 

“Please pray for our brother Shebeshxt. At least he's still alive,” wrote one X user.

In late January, Shebeshxt was involved in a car accident in his white Volkswagen Polo GTI.

The rapper took to his timeline speaking of how grateful he was for a second chance at life, sharing pictures of his wrecked car.

“Otherwise, ‘ke rata kereke I’m blessed by G.O.D!’ Thank you Lordddsxhta!”

Shebeshxt later bought another ride in April. He took to his Facebook timeline to share a picture of him receiving the keys to his luxurious car at the dealership.

He posted a photo of the receipt for his R505,674.99 ride on Facebook.

“We don't buy cars on instalment. This is cash. Half-a-million and something. This is half-a-million. Check the total,” he said.
