Letoya goes back to music after divorce
Actress Letoya Makhene has broken her silence after her longtime partner, businesswoman Lebo Keswa, announced they were getting a divorce.
Sunday World recently reported their marriage was allegedly laced with abuse, drugs and infidelity. The publication alleged Letoya scalded Lebo with boiling water, battered her with an ironing board and threw a vase at her in their marital home in Randfontein.
Letoya took to her Instagram timeline on Friday saying she is back in the studio recording music after the split.
Zola 7 reunites with Lance Stehr
Sources have revealed to TshisaLIVE Zola 7 is working with Ghetto Ruff record label owner Lance Stehr to rebrand his career after their 16-year fallout.
A source said Zola had reached out to Stehr recently and this helped them bury the hatchet and start working together.
“They first parted ways when people started telling Zola things in his ear, but he's always needed Ghetto Ruff. Now he is healthier they have started working again,” the source said.
Shebeshxt recovering in hospital after car accident
Limpopo department of transport and community safety spokesperson Tidimalo Chuene has shared details of the accident on the R37 near the Smelters Mine outside Polokwane on Saturday night in which controversial rap sensation Lehlogonolo “Shebeshxt” Chauke was injured.
Chuene told TshisaLIVE the driver sustained serious injuries, a passenger sustained moderate to serious injuries and a nine-year-old passenger died at the scene.
“A Volkswagen Polo is reported to have overturned after colliding with a heavy motor vehicle, killing the young girl and seriously injuring the driver and another passenger. The cause of the accident is under investigation,” she said.
Chuene said the names of all those involved in the accident would be made public “once all due police processes are satisfied.”
