House DJ Oskido's son has earned himself a master's degree abroad and his dad is proud of his independence.
Junior Mdlongwa received his Master's in International Business Management at Geneva Business School in Barcelona at the weekend.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE, the former Kalawa Jazmee boss said he is happy with his son's achievement.
“He will start his own sports agency called Nero No Limit. He is excited to follow his purpose and create his own path and legacy,” he said.
“It’s not easy for a child to be in a foreign country but I knew the only way for him to succeed in life was to throw him in the deep end so he could become self-dependent.”
DJ Oskido said he told Junior he had made a choice to improve himself for a reason, so he had to rise to the occasion and do well in his studies.
“I told him not to go backwards to habits and situations that weren't helping him to evolve. I kept on reminding him why he decided to move forward.
“Stay positive about what's to come by being consistent with your changes,” was the message.
