J'Something is still head over heels for his wife Cordelia as he celebrated 13 years of their union.
To mark the milestone, the Micasa lead singer took to his timeline to pen a heartfelt note to his partner.
“Cheers I love you. Today we celebrate 13 years of friendship. Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was and continues to be to give you my time. In the same breath one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received has been your time. I can't picture a day without you in it. Not a day, not an hour, not a second. Thank you for being such a great friend. I love you and love exploring this one life with you. What a great decision I made. All my love,” he wrote.
Speaking previously to TshisaLIVE, J'Something said though he might have missed performing on stage, he was happy to have been afforded more time with his family and to be present to celebrate milestones.
“One of the greatest gifts I've been given now is time. I was so busy before Covid-19 and then all of a sudden I was home every day. I made the most of what I do know and what I did have. Milestones are always great, the 10 years, these are the things we take a lot of pride in as a family. But also the simple things, like today I got to put my children to sleep,” he said.
