Rapper Duncan Skuva has dropped a bombshell that he isn't on good terms with Big Zulu.

This comes after real name Siphamandla Mbambo sat down on The Basement Podcast with Flymotion and spoke about his diss track towards Big Zulu.

The beef started in 2022 when Big Zulu released 150 Bars, a track that took shots at several hip-hop artists, including Duncan, KO, Cassper Nyovest, and Kwesta.

Each rapper responded with their own diss tracks, but Duncan's Umngcwabo struck a nerve with Big Zulu, highlighting a rift that went beyond professional boundaries.

Big Zulu, real name Siyabonga Nene, remained deeply affected by the track, which targeted him and his family.

On the podcast Duncan said: “Diss means disrespect. I don't have any restriction. I didn't have rules. I diss you by swearing at you with your mother, just like 2 Pac's Hit Em Up. You claim to be a player but I ****ed your wife, so you must go all in. No, we are not friends ever since I released that diss track, hence I was left behind for his Celebrity Games tournament. He has blocked me everywhere, even though he is friends with Zakwe.”

In May, Big Zulu told TshisaLIVE he is recording 200 Bars.

When Big Zulu was asked about his views on recording a beef single, and how some hip-hop artists take the beef personally, he said he has another one on the way.

“Soon I'll be dropping a 200 bars single and we do need beef. It's just that some artists take things very personally when they're in a beef. Two years back I started a beef [in] which I never used vulgar words on my song, but in retaliation, some artists decided to insult me and my mother and when we meet they expect me to understand or be cool with the situation. You insult my mother, it's no longer a beef,” he said.
