American fashion brand Steve Madden unveiled house DJ Oscar Mbo's Men's collection range.
On Thursday, both Steve Madden and Oscar Mbo hosted the launch at the Bryanston River Club in Sandton, which was attended by some of the high-profile personalities, including ANC Gauteng secretary Thembinkosi "TK" Nciza, Kabza De Small, Shamiso Mosaka, actor TK Dlamini and many more.
In the DJ booth Kitchen Mess, Kabza De Small and Tay Flavour kept guests on their feet, while refreshments flowed and platters were served all around the venue.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Oscar Mbo said his own fashion brand "Have A Groovy Day" is almost sold out as he's receiving support from his fans and industry friends.
"Today we [are] launching Oscar Mbo and Steve Madden collaboration, the shoe collection. We've been working on this for a year or so, we went to New York to meet the designers. The shoes went online around the world. I'm doing the men's design collection.
"I'm happy with today's support. People really came through for me, plus yesterday [Wednesday] was my birthday, so yeah — people should support me with their purchase of the shoes," he said.
