Real name Thokozani Ndlovu suffered a mild stroke in 2022, which set him back in hismusical activities, and he is still attending physiotherapy and regaining his confidence.
The two musicians confided in each other after experiencing the same ordeal. Speaking to TshisaLIVE, the Simkantshumbovu hitmaker said to get support from a dear sister like Lira means a lot to him.
"The words of motivation and encouragement from a person who has gone through what I'm currently going through means a lot to me, hopefully we'll meet and preach this gospel of stroke together because people are not familiar with it. But it feels good what she said to me," said Lvovo.
He continues: "I'm recovering very well, the only thing left for me to do is to go out there and educate the masses with regards to stroke, I'd like to thank family, friends and fans — God has been too good to me."
In May, Lvovo pleaded for a reality show for on stroke awareness.
“I need production companies to help me secure a reality show so I can showcase my everyday struggle since I had a stroke and educate the masses about it. No-one has done such a show and it can happen to anyone. Its main purpose is awareness.”
