Podcaster Nokuthula Khasibe, aka Nox, features businesswomen from diverse backgrounds talking about their challenges.
Khasibe hosted Itiye Lembokodo Talk, which was established in 2018 but done only through events, and last month decided to bring it back through Podcast Affirmation,
“The reason being I wanted a feature where I would be able to bring women who are diverse to come and talk about their challenges as business women and also their achievements for us to celebrate them. The event went well as we discovered different women are going through a lot but we met at the same destination, which is speaking out and notifying relevant parties what they are going through whether emotionally and physically,” she said.
Nokuthula told TshisaLIVE she believes more women are needed in the podcasting industry. “There are women who have started their podcasts but I feel that we need more podcasters who are driven by passion and the love for broadcasting but also business driven like our podcast. Every podcast must make business sense for those running them to survive.
“As a podcast founder and a host for Itiye Lembokodo Talk I have realised that there are no limits in life as long as your vision is broad then your future in anything is bright,” she said.
