From strict diets and intense workouts designed to shed weight and maintain her beautiful physique, Unathi Nkayi shares how she achieved rapid weight loss results
While drugs like Ozempic and other alternative methods to shed weight are becoming more popular, Unathi says she chose the natural way.
She took to her timeline to post her before and after images and shared tips on how her followers could achieve the same results.
“The first thing I do is show people my before and after pics because people like to forget how big I was.
“Then once we get that out of the way I say 'Whatever you want you can have, you must just commit to it!” she said.
“Promise yourself that you will work out a minimum of twice a week until December 31 and we have a deal. The weeks you have more energy and time, put more hours in to make up [for] the weeks you can only do two hours.”
“I eat after 12 and always start my day with protein. Usually eggs with avo but fish and chicken are wonderful too. The flat stomach is achieved in the kitchen and the abs at gym.”
Unathi said she drinks a green juice for supper and tends to sometimes add gin when she is feeling festive.
The ingredients for her green juice are spinach, cucumber, one avo, ginger and juice.
