Film and TV stars reflected on the lives of late actors at the 18th annual South African Film and Television Awards (Saftas).
The TV and film industry honoured some of the best in the business. The awards ceremony took place at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand on Saturday night. Acting heavyweights gathered at the venue, including Wiseman Mncube, Phuthi Khomo, Vusi Kunene and Relebogile Mabotja.
On the red carpet, TshisaLIVE caught up with some of the actors reflecting on the lives of the late Connie Chiume, Darlington Michaels and Mpho Sepeng.
Former Gomora actress Connie, aka Mam'Sonto, passed away in August, while actor Darlington, aka Papa G, passed away in September, and actor Mpho died in May this year.
