Entertainer Vulela Maweekend has met Black Coffee and Major League DJz.
Vulela Maweekend, real name Molifi Nakedi, is known for impersonating an Uber Eats delivery driver at entertainment venues around the country, dressed as an Uber Eats delivery man carrying a branded bag.
Vulela met Black Coffee at the weekend and told TshisaLIVE he felt like a child meeting him. He said Black Coffee told him he was happy with what he was doing and he should focus on his craft and not get derailed. “I should remain humble.”
Recently, Vulela recorded an amapiano song Thatha Lento with Myztro and Mbuxx, featuring Stompiiey, Scott Maphuma and Cowboii.
“I thank God for helping my craft as an entertainer evolve. My work is appreciated as I get bookings from the Sadc region. The song has made me a force to be reckoned with,” he said.
Asked about wearing a helmet and carrying a backpack to clubs, Vulela said: “Being an entertainer and a creative, I come up with unique ways to entertain my fans. Hence I decided to put on a helmet and later carry an Uber Eats delivery bag, symbolising delivering lots of fun and entertainment to club patrons and my fans.”
