Zodwa Wabantu gets into a fight

Socialite Tebogo Makgoba was allegedly hit by Zodwa Wabantu at the weekend.

The news about Tebogo, fondly known as Afrodolllight, circulated on social media this week when she took to her Instagram page to speak about her alleged ordeal: “I was attacked by @zodwalibram yesterday in Delmas for what I don't know. I'm so traumatised. She broke my braces and cellphone, I'm so defeated. Zodwa is too old guys”.

Priddy Ugly makes a musical comeback

Rapper Ricardo “Priddy Ugly” Moloi is on cloud nine after taking home the Best Hip Hop Album award at the 30th annual South African Music Awards (Samas) for his album Dust.

“I'm over the moon and humbled. I want to thank God and my family. It's been a long time coming. It's a very well-deserved award,” he told TshisaLIVE.

De Mthuda excluded from his own performance

A shocking production error marred the South African Music Awards (Samas) yellow carpet event at the Gallagher Convention Centre on Saturday.

De Mthuda, known for his hit tracks and collaborations, was invited to perform at the event by RiSA and Sjula D Productions but was excluded from his own performance.

According to his management, De Mthuda was asked to wait in his car, only to discover the producers had filmed his performance with featured artists, omitting him entirely.
