Jojo Robinson, known for her outspoken personality, has taken the concept of a Christmas present to a whole new level.

The Real Housewives of Durban star has opted for a face and neck lift.

JoJo, who has been open about her use of facial fillers in the past, revealed she was seeking a more permanent solution to maintain her youthful appearance.

The transformation is courtesy of plastic surgeon Dr Paul McGarr, who has done her tummy tuck and arms before.

“For Christmas this year, I dissolved all the fillers in my face and got a deep plane face and neck lift. I would never have trusted anyone else with this. I have been doing filler for so many years that I just needed a more permanent solution.

“I'm aware I didn't need it. When it comes to plastic surgery you don't usually need it, but it's something I wanted to do. I asked the doc for a faceapp face (Hollywood 4), no more editing or filters in the future. I have a long road ahead but best believe I'll take you along the recovery with me.”

Jojo has documented her experience, from preparation to recovery, and plans to share vlogs of her journey soon. Fans can expect an unfiltered look at the realities of facelift recovery.
