Sipho Ndaba of Mbawula Investments said: “Preparations at the Royal Showgrounds are at an advanced stage, we can’t wait to host fans to a memorable event with unsurpassed entertainment. The Last Dance is more than an entertainment event, it is a platform for artists, especially locals, to shine, tourism to thrive and businesses to grow. According to an economic assessment, last year’s festival injected almost R92m directly and indirectly into the economy of Msunduzi. We want to thank our partners, Msunduzi Municipality, for making the Last Dance possible.”
Hlubi Radebe from Richie-R Concepts said: “So, for the fourth time the Last Dance is back at Pietermaritzburg, we all know the event is the biggest of the season when it comes to December events. Our role is to ensure that they partner with us when they came to the city, as we do big outdoor events like Duzi Live. So people should expect to have a great experience on the last day of the year.”
