Mzansi's stars have expressed their pride in the class of 2024 matriculants after the results were released on Monday evening.
Former soccer star Jabu Mahlangu took to his timeline on Tuesday celebrating his daughter's success.
“A big congratulations to my beautiful daughter Onke Mahlangu for passing 2024 matric with a bachelor's degree pass. First in the family to go to university. I'm so proud of you, you've worked so hard for this. We keep pushing. University here we come. God did!”
Podcaster Sizwe Mpofu Walsh was equally over the moon when he announced his nephew's impressive results.
“Proud of my nephew for three distinctions (and one 79%!) and an aggregate of 77%. Well done Lonwabo.”
Ukhozi FM presenter Tshatha Ngobe was also beaming with pride when announcing the news on his timeline, writing: “Congratulations Ngobe on your matric results, usebenzile ntwana yami [you worked hard my child].”
