The Durban Music Fest held a press conference after a change of venue.

Blue Screen Entertainment released a statement about changing the venue: “Computicket is excited to announce that due to the overwhelming scale and demand for the upcoming Durban Music Fest, the event will be relocated from Kings Park Stadium to the iconic Moses Mabhida Stadium.

“The change will allow us to enhance the overall experience for all attendees and accommodate a larger audience. Moses Mabhida Stadium, known for its stunning architecture and excellent facilities, provides an ideal setting for this much-anticipated festival.”

Tickets for the Durban Music Fest are going on sale February 14.

“We encourage fans to secure their tickets early as we expect a high volume of interest. Ticket information and purchasing details will be available on the Computicket website and through our authorised outlets.”

US rapper Rick Ross is returning to Mzansi. The Aston Martin Music hit maker will perform at the Durban Music Fest on May 3 at Moses Mabhida Stadium.

DJ Sox, DJ Tira, uGatsheni, Mawhoo, Dlala Thukzin, Blxckie and others are set to perform at the festival.
