Nomalanga Shoz is gearing up to host a glamorous Galentine's Day event.

As she prepares to celebrate the month of love, Nomalanga opened up about her personal journey, sharing insights on faith, motherhood and the importance of selflessness.

“There's so much beauty in coming together in unity,” she told TshisaLIVE.

“Valentine's Day is one of my favourite days because I love love. It is important to be honest about things that are important to us, and I am a big lover girl. I love days like Valentine's where we are inspired to think outside of ourselves. Valentine's is about doing something for the next person, and we're doing that for the month of love.”

She said Christian faith is the foundation of her life.

“My recipe is Jesus Christ, my Lord and saviour.”

“Once I got into reading my Bible every night, it reignited and sparked joy. I've been through life, life has been through me. But Jesus Christ heals.”

As the mother of a three-year-old daughter, the media personality said she has experienced a profound shift in her perspective.

“We cannot lie and say there is unconditional love on earth. The only unconditional love exists between a mother and child or father with a child.

“Motherhood has made me more intentional and balanced. When you are pregnant you watch everything your child consumes . Motherhood has made me aware of everything I do. Everything I do for her, I do for myself.

“I want her to know there is such a day and how important it is to value people. My thing is to be an example of that. I want my children to know it is all about what you give.”
