Actress Nomsa Buthelezi will be presenting Mzansi Wethu's new reality show Konakele Kithi.

Nomsa is a seasoned actress and presenter — she has starred in AboMzala, Isibaya, Lockdown and The Queen — and was the presenter for Our Perfect Wedding.

Konakele Kithi will air on May 8 at 6.30pm, only on Mzansi Wethu. It is a powerful new show, diving deep into the real struggles that are tearing families apart.

The show gives these families a chance to confront and heal their struggles and rebuild broken bonds.

Each episode of Konakele Kithi looks into a different family’s story, showing the raw, real-life challenges they face, from generational trauma and deep-seated grudges to everyday tensions including favouritism and lifestyle clashes.

With the help of expert guidance, the featured families get the chance to break free from the toxic cycles that have been dragging them down for years.

Nomsa said: “Tune in as we learn new ways to cope, communicate and restore harmony in their [the families'] lives. Viewers will get more than just a glimpse into their personal struggles, they will gain insights into how they too, can deal with their own family issues and make lasting changes for the better.”
