TK Nciza's son Ciza is the latest to cross over into a club DJ.

Real name Nkululeko, Nciza is well known for his songs Adje, Come Alive, and Bank Notification to name a few.

Ciza says being a DJ to his performance doesn’t mean he has transitioned into anything else, he just added a skill to his performance.

“I’m still a singer, I’m a DJ, I’m an entertainer — I make 3 Step and Afro house music which are emerging genres taking the world by storm. South African sounds that are making a wave globally. In terms of the DJ world, I’m inspired by Black Coffee & Shimza, especially how far they’ve taken sound and culture. Production and vocals is Pharell & Wizkid,” he said.

Ciza says he hasn't felt pressure, to live up to his father's expectations. He has just worked hard and believes the results will prove his efforts eventually; for him it’s all about black excellence everything else doesn’t matter he just make great music that will live beyond his time.

He continues: "The vision is to take part in big international festivals to showcase our amazing African music as all our genres are growing internationally. The goal is to be an international superstar headliner.

"New music is coming soon; my new song has been going viral on TikTok called Isaka which I’m excited about. It’s coming out in the next few weeks. I’ve not stopped singing; I’ve just added my DJ skills to my set. I’m still singing on my next single which will take the country by storm.”
