Renowned broadcaster Thabo “Tbose” Mokwele is set to debut his new TV talk show.
Tbose has a career spanning more than 30 years, and promises to showcase his interviewing skills and bring insightful and engaging conversations to the forefront.
The Ones will offer viewers in-depth explorations of the lives and stories of influential figures from diverse industries, ranging from arts and entertainment to politics and lifestyle.
In the series, Tbose will sit down with DJ Black Coffee, Prof Mamokgethi Phakeng, Zakes Bantwini, the Modiselle sisters, Lynn Forbes and many more.
Tbose co-executive produces the show for the first time alongside his wife, Mapaseka Mokwele, and close friend Robin Kohl.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE at the show's launch, Tbose emphasised the importance of providing a platform for people to share their stories.
“We broadcast so we can give our people a platform. When people say educate and inform they don't mean it lightly.”
The Ones premieres on DStv's channel Mzansi Wethu on March 30.
