Internationally acclaimed composer Lebo M has opened a case of fraud and theft against his ex-wife Pretty Samuels.

Grammy-winning Lebo M has accused Samuels of stealing and selling his Blüthner grand piano, said to be worth millions of rand.

Sources close to the creator of The Lion King suggest an arrest is imminent as a case has now been officially opened.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE, attorney Brian Msimeki, representing Lebo M, said: “Those who think they can defraud and deceive with impunity are about to face the full force of the law.”

Attempts to get comment from Samuels by the time of publication were unsuccessful.

The Sandton SAPS confirmed a case has been opened and is under investigation.
