Mrs SA semifinalist 2025 Czar Motsuenyane is advocating for mental health.
The 39-year-old hails from Orlando West, Soweto. She is a semifinalist for the beauty pageant taking place on July 4 at Emperors Palace, Ekurhuleni.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Czar said she's a passionate advocate for mental health and workplace wellbeing and is a leader dedicated to combating workplace toxicity.
"I have a background in organisational psychology. I empower people and organisations to create healthier, more inclusive environments. I'm known for my bold stance on transparency and accountability. I'm working to dismantle harmful systems and promote a culture of respect, collaboration and growth," she said.
Czar said she would use the Mrs SA platform to further her mission of promoting mental health, women’s rights and workplace wellbeing.
Mrs SA is a prestigious platform that provides women the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in different areas.
"I'm inspired by Matapa Maila because she continues to change the narrative around pageantry. It’s not only about beauty but also brains and I admire that.
"I'm deeply passionate about empowering, grooming and encouraging young boys to realise their full potential. My dedication to this cause stems from a belief the boy child, like every young person, deserves the opportunity to grow in an environment that nurtures their talents, self-confidence and emotional intelligence."
