Singer Naledi Aphiwe has taken to TikTok to claim her pink iPhone 16 was stolen by a celebrity in toilets at Sandton City while attending Big Zulu's album listening session.

“I don't clearly remember if I put it in my pocket or put it down while washing my hands. A celebrity entered the toilets and came next to me. I'm not sure if she took it out of my pocket or took it from where I placed it,” she claimed.

“She left and didn't go back to the event. When we tracked the phone it said seven minutes ago it was at Alexandra. We tried going there but at the police station they wanted too many things. That means I bought a celebrity an iPhone 16."'

Many TikTok users pinned rapper Fifi Cooper as the celebrity involved, but Fifi has strongly denied the allegations, calling Naledi a “liar” and accusing her of seeking attention.

“You're a liar and you're young. I don't know how you feel knowing there's no truth in everything you're saying about me. I'm not your age. Open your two ears and hear and understand me. I've been in the industry for more than 18 years. You're not going to accuse me of something you don't have proof of and you're not even sure of what you're saying,” she said.

“Don't drag my name in the mud because you want attention. So many people were using that bathroom. Because I went in the bathroom and you were also there doesn't mean I stole your phone. Is it because you know when you post and mention my name people will pay attention? What game are you playing? It doesn't make sense to me.

“Every action has consequences and I don't know if you know you are playing with fire and you will burn. After I left the bathroom, I went back to the venue. I never left, by the way. I was one of the last people to leave the venue.”

Seemah was also pinned to the crime, but she quickly took to her TikTok to set the record straight, and asked Naledi to name the person who stole her phone.

“Naledi tell us who stole your phone.”

Naledi has since replaced the phone with a new pink iPhone 16.
