IN PICS | A look into Ryle De Morny's 'most perfect proposal' to his longtime partner

Congratulations are in order for media personality Ryle De Morny and his longtime partner biokineticist Mel Corbett who are engaged. 

The Expresso Show presenter took to his Instagram timeline to share images from the proposal when making the announcement on Tuesday. 

“She said 'yes' — here's to forever,” he captioned the post. 

Mel also took to her timeline to reflect on the unforgettable proposal. 

“The day I became a whole fiancée. In the most perfect proposal on the most perfect day with the most perfect person. I couldn’t have dreamed up anything more perfect if I tried! I will remember this moment forever. Thank you Ryle for choosing me as your forever person,” she wrote.

Ryle has never shied from gushing over his relationship with Mel. 

In an episode of the Expresso Show he spoke about his love for her and how she is the perfect match for him.

“Mel means so much to me, she's like my number one, my partner in crime. She's my queen and she's the fuel behind the force, she's the reason I can do the things I do. She's probably my number one supporter, but more than anything else, she's my number one adventure buddy and my number one adventure in life.”
