Hollywood legend Hans Zimmer lands in Cape Town for Lebo M’s LIVE show

Hollywood legend Hans Zimmer landed in Cape Town on Tuesday as a special guest for Lebo M's LIVE show on April 18 at the Grand Arena, GrandWest.

The highly anticipated concert marks reciprocity after Lebo M spent more than a decade as a featured special guest at Hans' live concerts across the globe.

“This show is more than a performance, it’s a celebration of culture, legacy and a creative brotherhood,” Lebo M said in a statement shared with TshisaLIVE.

“Having shared the world stage with Hans for years, it’s profoundly moving to welcome him here, in front of a South African audience. Cape Town, get ready for magic.” 

Lebo M's concert features a full orchestra, the internationally acclaimed Soweto Spiritual Singers, African dancers and a line-up of world-class musicians who will appear as special guests.

The show promises to take audiences on an unforgettable journey through the iconic soundscape of The Lion King, including not only the globally celebrated Circle of Life, but also He Lives in You, the Broadway classic , and new unreleased material from Lebo M.
