Multi-award winning rapper K.O is partnering with fibertime™ to bring affordable fibre connectivity to South African townships.

K.O, whose real name is Ntokozo Mdluli, is known for hit songs such as Caracara, SETE, and Let Me Cook. K.O is stepping into the future of internet connectivity with fibertime™.

This game-changing fibre solution is designed for townships, offering a pay-as-you-go, no monthly debit order alternative that removes barriers to high-speed internet access.

According to the 44-year-old, he is excited to partner with the brand to drive change.

“fibertime™ is going to be a game-changer for communities similar to the one I come from, where internet access is limited and expensive. I had to move to become what I am today. Now fibertime™ gives these communities access in their own backyard.”

fibertime™ has a presence in 17 townships in South Africa, including Kayamandi, Alexandra and Motherwell. This campaign will expand access further, opening the door for many more communities to experience the benefits of high-speed connectivity.

“I’m honoured to work with the team as they deliver internet access for communities. Who knows? Maybe we can find the next big thing together,” said K.O.

fibertime™ founder Alan Knott-Craig is excited: “We're excited to be collaborating with K.O, he's a great partner who understands the opportunities that access to unlimited world-class fibre internet provides.”

Knott-Craig is a leading tech entrepreneur in South Africa, having worked for the past 15 years to bring internet services to underserved communities.
